AI Founder Sprint 2027

Community Leads are the connective thread of the Sprint. You'll support a small peer group of founders by running weekly check-ins and helping them reflect on their progress, learnings, and use of AI tools — part coach, part connector.
You don't need to be an AI expert; you just need to be curious, communicative, and reliable with a community-first mindset. It's a rewarding, light-touch way to sit at the heart of a global founder community.

Who we're looking for
- You're curious, communicative, and reliable — the qualities that keep a group engaged.
- Experience in startups, VC, or accelerators is a plus, but not required.
- Open to both students and working professionals, across all time zones.
The role includes
- Hosting a small-group check-in every week
- Encouraging peer learning and open conversations
- Pointing founders to helpful tools and resources
